Accepting the challenge to create a wearable art garment whilst, incorporating the trendy "Green". approach and use "eco-textiles" in a wearable art piece. This unique, one-off design, was created from a fusion of three cleaned, recycled garments ie. dress, skirt and top (see images below).
This piece was recently submitted for exhibition, and was selected as a finalist in the "The Art of Recycling" Challenge, at the Textile Art Festival in Brisbane, Australia.
